MAGWRX Transformation in progress

We're excited to share new footage and photos from a recent site visit to MAGWRX.

This exciting redevelopment focuses on modernising the building’s exterior while enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. Removing existing brickwork to refresh the façade and create a more contemporary look. Installing new, larger windows to maximise natural light, improving the workspace environment and energy efficiency.

Constructing a new balcony roof, offering a stunning vantage point across Glasgow, including views towards the renowned Glasgow School of Art. This project is a key part of the wider regeneration efforts in the area, helping to breathe new life into Sauchiehall Street.
